So I've always valued my strength over the circumference of my thigh. And my job as a SoulCycle instructor, while it pushes me to my limits, helps me to connect with and help people focus on how strong their bodies and minds are.

My dad pulled me close at a young age and told me he was going to teach me how to be strong and agile physically so that my intellect would mirror.  I could throw a baseball better than most of the boys in my fourth grade class, and beat the others in time-tables olympics.

Whether I am working as a fitness model or teaching cycling, I just want to meet my body where it is on that day and love it no matter what so that others are inspired to do the same.
